Roberto Donadoni says he is making Bologna do extra training following the 3-1 defeat to Empoli.

The Rossoblu had already secured their Serie A safety but the Coach was angered by his side's lacklustre display this afternoon.

Speaking to reporters, the former Italy boss revealed he will be calling his players into training tomorrow, rather than allowing them a day of rest.

"We started badly straight away, conceding the first goal by not paying much attention," Donadoni said.

"We started badly straight away, conceding the first goal by not paying much attention," Donadoni said.

"We did well to get back in it with Verdi's strike but then the team didn't show that desire that we saw against Udinese.

"We were too slow and inattentive and when that happens you get bad performances. This type of attitude really angers me.

"I had already said the final matches were a test for us and that they would be used to plan for the future.

"Tomorrow, I had given the players a day of rest but instead we will train and get straight back to work."
