According to Milannews.it, the Rossoneri will receive €1.1m from FIFA after the Colombia international needed ankle surgery after the tournament.
The 30-year-old missed all of pre-season training and did not return until October 22nd.
Since then however, the centre-back has made 11 starts in Serie A and two substitute appearances.
