Milan are stepping up their pursuit of Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata, ready to offer €50m plus €5m bonuses, claim RMC Sport.
Their interest in the former Juventus star is no secret and the Rossoneri are pushing forward with their new project, today signing contracts with Villarreal defender Mateo Musacchio and Coach Vincenzo Montella.
According to RMC Sport editor Mohamed Bouhafsi, Milan are due to make a formal offer to Real Madrid over the next few days.
It’ll be worth €50m plus €5m in bonuses for the 24-year-old.
This season he has scored 20 goals in 42 competitive games for Real Madrid, but is frustrated at the lack of playing time.
It’s believed Morata would favour a return to Serie A rather than Chelsea because his fiancée is Italian.
