Milan are reportedly considering a move for Sassuolo’s Domenico Berardi, but only if Suso leaves.

The Italian international has been heavily linked with Roma, not least because former Neroverdi Coach Eusebio Di Francesco has taken over on the bench.

However, Sassuolo owner Giampiero Squinzi is asking for €50m to sell their star player, and so far the Giallorossi are unwilling to meet that.

According to SportItalia, the Diavolo could take advantage of that hesitancy, but Berardi isn’t a priority target at the moment.

The Rossoneri still hope to tie Suso to a new contract, and would only step-up their interest in Berardi if the Spaniard leaves.

The forward is a childhood Inter fan, but has said in the past that wouldn't preclude him moving elsewhere.
