The deal comes on the same day that Antonio Cassano is said to be joining, with the pair possibly forming a new-look attacking trident alongside Giampaolo Pazzini.

Cerci also has 14 caps for Italy, representing the country at the 2013 Confederations Cup, and previously played for the likes of Torino, Atletico Madrid, Milan and Genoa.
