According to this morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport, the Neapolitans are offering a loan worth €2-3m, with a right or obligation to buy linked to the number of appearances Rulli makes.
The total cost of the deal would be around €25m, but by using the loan formula this would be split over two years.

Meanwhile, the player himself has spoken to Diario Vasco about his situation.
“I’m training hard and I’ll always be ready to give my best for the team,” Rulli assured.
“Whatever is mean to happen will happen, it’s not up to me. If the parties find a deal then they will, but I’m calm here.
“I’m not anxious, I’m not worried, nor have I put any pressure on to leave. It doesn’t depend on me.
“In my case Real have the last word. If they want to sell, they’ll sell. If they don’t want to sell, then they won’t. I’m happy here and I will be if I stay, I accept what’s best for the club.
“Right now I’m here, and what happens depends on the club, not me. If something comes it’s up to the President to decide.
“Napoli’s offer? The President knows. I’m not anxious, the President will decide. I’m calm and just thinking about improving.
“Obviously when you’re talking about a team like that it makes you proud, it means you’re doing something right.
“I’ll always be grateful to Real Sociedad, they’re the team who opened Europe’s doors for me and made me feel at home. “My family and my girlfriend are treated in the best way, and I’ll be grateful forever. Whatever is supposed to happen, will happen.”
