It kicks off at a packed San Siro at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT), follow the build-up and action on the LIVEBLOG.

Ricardo Rodriguez’s free kick secured a 1-0 away victory in the first leg in Romania, which puts the Rossoneri in a commanding position.

Alessio Romagnoli is still out injured, joined by Luca Antonelli and Ignazio Abate, while Lucas Biglia and Leonardo Bonucci are not yet fully registered with UEFA.

Carlos Bacca, Jose Sosa and Gabriel Paletta are transfer-listed, so left out of the squad entirely until they can find a new club.

Conti has recovered from a back injury to start and Suso completes the trident attack with Patrick Cutrone and M’Baye Niang, as Andre Silva has a foot problem and is not risked from the start.

Teenage midfielder Locatelli is chosen ahead of Riccardo Montolivo, completing the middle of the park with Franck Kessie and Jack Bonaventura.

Mangia called striker Alexandru Baluta “our little Dries Mertens” and the 23-year-old is the main danger man as a False 9.
