The Nerazzurri had wanted €15m, but have accepted a bid worth €13m on loan with obligation to buy at the end of the season.
There could also be some bonuses involved, such as a percentage of a future transfer fee.

The deal is to all intents and purposes done and Murillo long ago agreed personal terms with the Spanish club.
A formal announcement is expected tomorrow, when the Colombia international will undergo a medical.
