Torino thrashed Trapani 7-1 in the Coppa Italia, with Andrea Belotti bagging a brace.
The Granata the Sicilian side at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, with Milan sporting director Massimiliano Mirabelli in the stands, reportedly to watch Belotti.
The Italian international opened the scoring after 13 minutes, but five minutes later but Pasquale Fazio equalised five minutes later.
That pair were involved again as Toro re-took the lead, with Belotti’s drive deflecting off the Trapani defender for what will probably go down as an own goal.
From there Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side dominated the match, with Alex Berenguer, Joel Obi and Belotti again making it 5-1 at the break.
Iago Falque made it six with 68 minutes on the clock, before Lorenzo De Silvestri completed the rout on 87 minutes.
