Juventus striker Gonzalo Higuain unveiled a new tattoo, and the response from the internet has not been kind.
The Argentinian striker has revealed new ink on his lower back with the phrase “Hasta la victoria siempre”, or “until victory, always”.
The phrase is associated with the Argentine revolutionary Che Guevara, though Pipita may simply have been expressing his indefatigable spirit, rather than any Marxist tendencies.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given his controversial move to Juve from Napoli, some of the internet reactions to Higuain’s new tattoo have not been kind, with most having a dig at the striker’s weight.
One internet wag photoshopped the tattoo to read “pasta la victoria siempre”, indicating that the former Partenopei hero is fond of a plate of carbonara.
Higuain has been criticised for his weight online for some time, responding last year "keep calling me fat, I'll keep scoring".
He made good on that promise last season, scoring 32 goals in 55 games for Juventus, having hit 38 in 42 for Napoli the previous campaign.
Another compared a picture of Higuain at Napoli to one from this season, suggesting it was like a father and son playing against each other.
Only twice in the last nine seasons though has the striker failed to get at least 20 goals in a season, and both of those came when he played fewer than 30 league games during a spell at Real Madrid.
A third rather cruel jibe contained an image of an overweight man, asking “why is this not Higuain?”, answering “because he doesn’t have the tattoo”.
