Fans complained to Sky Italia when new Season 3 episodes were due to air on Friday evening, at the same time as Napoli-Juventus at the Stadio San Paolo.
A video released by the Partenopei suggests the movement of episodes to the on demand service for Friday morning was organised by Mertens with the aid of a special fan, Gomorrah star Genny Savastano (played by Salvatore Esposito).
