The FIGC has voted for Carlo Tavecchio to remain as Commissioner until new elections can be held on January 29.

This decision means the Lega Serie A, Serie B, Lega Pro, Dilettanti, Coaches’ Association and Players’ Association have been unable to find a new President of the Italian Football Federation.

Today’s ruling, voted unanimously save for the Players’ Association who abstained, means that former FIGC President Tavecchio will stay on as Commissioner until next month.
