Roberto Donadoni feels Bologna “should’ve taken advantage of the psychological” pressure Milan were under.

Simone Verdi had scored a temporary equaliser under the snow at San Siro, but a brace from Jack Bonaventura sealed the 2-1 result for the Rossoneri.

“We must learn from these defeats, as we cannot rest on our laurels or be content to do the bare minimum. We need to push beyond our limitations,” said the Coach in his Press conference.

“There are many little things that can make the difference. Milan started strong and we sat back too much. We reacted well eventually, but not for long enough and fell back into old patterns until we went behind again.

“Milan are in difficulty, but they earned this result with the right determination. People expect a great deal from them and we should’ve taken advantage of that psychological aspect to the game.”
