The newspaper explains the Brazilian is receptive to Juve’s interest and that they are prepared to meet his demands of €6.5m a season.

PSG would have slapped a €60m asking price on the former Roma stopper, but it is claimed the Bianconeri could offer Miralem Pjanic in exchange.

Pjanic remains a fan favourite in Turin but is no longer considered untouchable, writes the pinksheet, and is valued at €80m.

Marquinhos has played 245 games for the French giants since arriving from Roma in 2013 and can play at centre-back, right-back or in defensive midfield.

He has also represented Brazil on 30 occasions, including at two Copa Americas and the 2018 World Cup.

Tuttsport included the 25-year-old in a hypothetical Juve XI coached by Lazio’s Simone Inzaghi on its Wednesday front-page.
