Fabio Borini starts in central midfield for Milan against Benfica in the International Champions Cup this evening.

Borini joins Lucas Biglia and Hakan Calhanoglu in Milan’s three-man engine room, with Suso the No 10 behind Samu Castillejo and Krzysztof Piatek.

Elsewhere, Marco Giampaolo shakes up his defence, bringing in Alessio Romagnoli, Mateo Musacchio and Ricardo Rodriguez, the latter of whom replaces the injured Theo Hernandez.

The Diavolo lost 1-0 to Bayern Munich last time out, while the Portuguese champions beat Fiorentina 2-1.
