Lazio beat Celta Vigo at the Estadio Balaidos to win the Memorial Quinocho with an early Ciro Immobile brace.

Immobile broke through within seven minutes, making the most of a magnificent Jony Rodriguez cross.

Celta Vigo fought back and Thomas Strakosha horribly fumbled a Beltran effort from the edge of the box that he really should’ve kept out.

Lazio wasted too many chances in the second half, with Ruben Blanco rushing out to clear from Joaquin Correa, then both Francesco Acerbi’s header and a Felipe Caicedo strike thumped the crossbar.

Strakosha did better with a fingertip save on Iago Aspas and Ruben Blanco denied Danilo Cataldi’s ferocious finish.
