Brescia were leading 2-1 with Alfredo Donnarumma and Davide Bisoli on target for the Italians, although there had already been problems in the first half when Vojvodina temporarily walked off in protest after their Coach was red carded for dissent.

The real trouble began when some people in the opposite end started waving an Albanian flag.

This infuriated the Serbian supporters and around 20 clambered over the fence in an attempt to attack them.

Fortunately, the police were able to intervene and prevent any contact, but the game was abandoned due to safety concerns.
