The Turkey international is said to be the subject of a €25m proposal from Gennaro Gattuso’s Napoli, also receiving a five-season contract worth €3.5m per year.
“It’s not just Napoli who are interested in Under,” Ramadani told Ntvspor in Turkey.

“It’s not just Napoli who are interested in Under,” Ramadani told Ntvspor in Turkey.
“Other big European clubs are interested too, but I won’t name names. At this moment, he is thinking only of Roma.”
Under turns 23 later this month and his contract with Roma runs to June 2023.
He scored three goals this season in 22 competitive appearances, but does not appear to be part of coach Paulo Fonseca’s plans.
