Chievo have lost forward Davide Moscardelli for the rest of the season after he ruptured a tendon in his left leg.
Moscardelli was stretchered off just a few minutes after coming on as a substitute against Siena on Sunday.
Tests have shown a ruptured tendon in the left adductor muscle in his thigh, which will keep him out of action for around two months.
It means he is not expected to feature again this season. The 32-year-old had four Serie A goals to his name this term.
Chievo teammate Fernando Uribe has also been ruled out for 10 days after spraining his ankle in a friendly test.
