The Sicilian outfit are one of the most in-form sides in the championship and they’ll host the League leaders this weekend.

“We will give our all on the pitch,” Montella stated on Friday. “It will be a difficult match though and the support of the fans will be fundamental.”

Milan ran riot at San Siro in the first tie between them this season when they collected a 4-0 victory against the Elefanti.

“We know how they play,” the former Roma striker and tactician continued. “We can adapt our system to their characteristics.

“We were a bit presumptuous in the first match and I hope that this time the team can transport on to the pitch what we have prepared in training.

“It’s an important match for them, but it won’t be decisive for the title so we won’t be referees of the championship.

“Zlatan Ibrahimovic? He’s not the only one we’ll have to stop…”

Catania could come face-to-face with Maxi Lopez, the Argentine who left them for Milanello during the January transfer window.

“I expect that the fans will welcome him back in a great way,” Montella added. “Have I spoken to him? I don’t use the telephone that much…”

“I think that myself and director Pietro Lo Monaco will both still be here next season.”
