Hat-trick hero Diego Milito credits new Coach Andrea Stramaccioni with Inter’s exhilarating victory. “He has brought a lot of enthusiasm.”
The tactician was promoted from the youth team after Claudio Ranieri’s dismissal on Monday evening and made his Serie A debut in a bizarre 5-4 win over Genoa.
“We are happy, as we needed a win after so many rounds in difficulty,” smiled Milito.
“Stramaccioni has brought a lot of enthusiasm. We also gave our all with Ranieri. Stramaccioni is a young Coach with his ideas and we’ll try to do our best with him.
“Now we must take it one game at a time and see where we end up.”
