Milan will be without three suspended players for their midweek game at Chievo Verona. Another nine players from elsewhere have been banned too.
The Rossoneri, now a point behind leaders Juventus, will be missing Massimo Ambrosini, Alberto Aquilani and Daniele Bonera at the Stadio Bentegodi.
Napoli boss Walter Mazzarri will also have to get creative in defence against Atalanta as he will be unable to select Miguel Britos and Paolo Cannavaro.
The other suspended individuals are: Caracciolo (Novara), Di Vaio (Bologna), Kucka (Genoa), Manfredini (Atalanta), Paletta (Parma), Pinilla (Cagliari) and Spolli (Catania).
