Roberto Donadoni believes Parma must show great concentration in manouevering their way through five fixtures in a fortnight.

The Ducali have won two of their last three games, but even sat on 38 points, the team are not assured of League safety, in light of Lecce’s form meaning the gap to the dropzone remains at four points.

Whilst five of the Gialloblu’s six remaining League fixtures are bunched into the space of fortnight, the Coach has reflected that the test for his players to avoid relegation is going to be focused more on their concentration than their physical capacity.

“We must remain vigilant, the Coach declared to La Repubblica on Tuesday.

“Inside two weeks we have to play five games. It is not about putting in maximum effort in these games, because for everyone one distraction could be fatal.

“We have now had a week in which we have trained well. We are capable of handling the physical test well, whilst we won’t have much time to work from now on and the players know this.

“So now we think of Cagliari” data-scaytid=”12″>Cagliari. They are a proven opponent. I know the team well and they have significant strength. We usually like to think of ourselves and take to the field with the ambition to win the game.”

Donadoni again expressed that in facing a former employer who he fell out with upon leaving, he is not after revenge. The Coach left the Sardinian outfit last summer over a disagreement with President Massimo Cellino.

“I’ve never lived for retaliation. My experience at Cagliari, from the point of view of the players and the team, has been positive.”
