Brescia star Omar El Kaddouri says that he feels ready to play in the Italian top flight after links with Lazio and Juventus.
“I don’t know whether what is being said is true or not,” he told the Corriere dello Sport. “For now I’m just concentrating on my present which is Brescia.
“My future will be decided at the end of the season when I sit down with the club,” added the player whose contract expires in 2013.
“I’ve played almost all of the time in Serie B this season and I feel ready for the top Division.”
The 21-year-old, a Moroccan who plays for the Belgium Under-21 side, is a versatile midfielder.
“I like to play behind a striker,” he added. “At Brescia we go with a 3-5-1-1 system, but I also know how to move in a 4-3-1-2 and a 4-4-1-1.”
