The Dutchman is fit for the first time since Coach Andrea Stramaccioni took over from Claudio Ranieri, having recovered from a thigh strain.
Maicon is also ready to play, whereas Walter Samuel sits out a ban and Luc Castaignos is out for the rest of the season.
