Marco Di Vaio could well be playing in the American MLS next season, admits the Bologna striker’s agent.

“At the age of 35 you can be tempted by a new experience. However, there is nothing concrete at this moment,” Federico Pastorello told Odeon TV.

“I too heard this rumour that Montreal Impact were interested in Di Vaio, but I haven’t spoken to anyone.

“I will not deny, the player could certainly think about it. He certainly wouldn’t play for another Italian club, as he is too fond of Bologna.”

Di Vaio could reunite with former Parma players Matteo Ferrari and Bernardo Corradi, who are both playing for Montreal Impact now.

Although the club is Canadian, they play in the American Major League Soccer tournament.
