Lecce have admitted that they expect to lose Juan Cuadrado and Luis Muriel at the end of the campaign – whether they stay up or not.

The Colombian duo are presently on loan from Udinese and they have impressed Serie A onlookers this term.

“I’ve already  prepared myself to lose both of them ahead of next season,” Giallorossi President Giovanni Semeraro told Radio CRC.

“Maybe Udinese will decide to keep them out on loan for another season, but they have already become really strong players…”

Cuadrado, a versatile midfielder who can play in attack, has scored three goals in 30 Serie A games so far this season for the relegation threatened outfit.

Muriel, meanwhile, is a 21-year-old forward who has grabbed seven goals in 25 games. It is known that both Milan clubs are keen on the latter.
