Amauri’s season is probably over after Fiorentina confirmed that he would be sidelined for around three weeks.
The January signing from Juventus limped out of the 2-1 win at Roma yesterday with a thigh muscle strain.
With the season finishing on May 13, the centre-forward may have played his last game for the club as his contract expires in June.
Meanwhile, the Viola have revealed that Alessio Cerci’s muscle problem will see him out of action for seven to 10 days.
