Week 37 kicks off with a huge relegation dogfight, as Lecce look to Valeri Bojinov on the debut of new Fiorentina Coach Vincenzo Guerini.
It has been an absolutely chaotic week for these two clubs and tensions are running sky high with neither safe from the drop yet.
Lecce are fresh from causing an upset by holding Juventus to a 1-1 draw in Turin with 10 men, although they are still in the bottom three.
Moris Carrozzieri, Juan Cuadrado and Luis Muriel are all suspended, joining the injured Daniele Corvia, Massimo Oddo and Julio Sergio.
David Di Michele returns to the starting XI to be partnered by former Fiorentina striker Bojinov.
Fiorentina have had perhaps the strangest three days of their club history, as on Wednesday night Delio Rossi was fired after physically attacking Adem Ljajic in a dugout brawl.
Guerini was promoted from team manager to act as caretaker for the final two games of the season, while Ljajic has been frozen out for provoking the Coach with sarcastic applause and very heavy insults.
Stevan Jovetic misses out yet again due to a knee problem, joined by Matija Nastasic, Amauri and Juan Manuel Vargas. Late additions to the injury list are Michele Camporese and Andrea Lazzari, who are only fit for the bench, so Houssine Kharja and Dias Felipe are pushed into the starting XI.
It will be Felipe’s first start for Fiorentina in two years.
