Cesar pulls out of Inter squad

Julio Cesar has been withdrawn from the Inter squad that has been selected for their tour of Indonesia.

The Brazilian was initially included in the 20-man party, but he’ll stay in Milan given concerns over his fitness.

The South American has been struggling with an elbow issue for the past few months and the decision has been taken to keep him at La Pinetina for treatment.

Primavera ‘keeper Raffaele Di Gennaro has replaced the former Chievo ‘keeper. He’ll wear the No 91 shirt on his back.

Inter boss Andrea Stramaccioni knows Di Gennaro well as he was his goalkeeper for their Next Generation Series success in March.
