Italy have their 23-man squad for Euro 2012 after Inter’s Andrea Ranocchia and Siena’s Mattia Destro were withdrawn this morning.

Azzurri boss Cesare Prandelli cut his 32-man party to 25 on Monday and has now made his final decisions ahead of the tournament.

The tactician has chosen to keep faith with Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci despite reports that he could soon face questioning as part of the betting probe.

Ranocchia hasn’t had a particularly good season with the Nerazzurri, while the uncapped Destro was expected to be cut given that he was a surprise choice in Prandelli’s initial 32.

Italy face Luxembourg in a Parma friendly this evening.
