Genoa President Enrico Preziosi has shot down Francesco Acerbi’s hopes of joining Milan. “At most he’ll see San Siro in a postcard.”
The defender is co-owned by Chievo and Genoa, but has been in talks with the Rossoneri for next season.
“I spoke to Acerbi and told him at most he’ll see San Siro in a postcard and perhaps he won’t even see it when playing for Genoa, which would already be a huge step forward for him,” said Preziosi.
“There is a co-ownership situation, we’ll see. The people, Presidents, players and everyone talk at the moment, but one has to realise who is talking rubbish.”
