There continue to be reports that PSG are close to securing a deal for Napoli’s Ezequiel Lavezzi worth €25m plus bonuses.
The club and his teammates admitted Lavezzi has wanted to leave the San Paolo for some time, but a bidding war has erupted around the world.
Offers are believed to have come in from Inter, Paris Saint-Germain, Anzhi and even Chinese clubs.
According to Sky Sport Italia, PSG have all but secured a deal without paying the €32m buy-out clause in his contract.
They would do this by proposing €25m cash plus performance-related bonuses going to Napoli.
‘Pocho’ would receive a contract worth €4m per season for four years.
