Italy’s 2006 World Cup hero Fabio Grosso is considering retirement despite interest in his services from foreign clubs.
The left-back is available for transfer given that his contract at Juventus will expire at the end of this month.
The defender is wanted by teams outside of the peninsula, but the 35-year-old is unsure of his next move.
“The boy has to understand whether he wants to continue playing football or not,” agent Beppe Bozzo noted. “He has offers from Australia and Brazil.”
The former Palermo, Inter and Lyon player has also been paired with a possible switch to newly promoted Torino.
“I’m not aware of any negotiations to take him to Torino,” Bozzo rebuffed.
Grosso made just two appearances for Juventus in 2011-12.
