Napoli appear to be turning their attention to Atletico Madrid’s Brazilian Joao Miranda as a reinforcement for their defence.
It is widely reported the Partenopei have set their sights on the 27-year-old, who impressed in the Europa League-winning campaign.
Miranda can play either on the right or the centre of the defence and could be available for under €10m.
The Italian media claims there has already been contact between the two clubs with Napoli offering a substantial pay rise.
However, there are issues around the use of image rights that need to be further assessed.
