Manchester City are reportedly the English club interested in the services of Atalanta’s Federico Peluso.

The Bergamo outfit yesterday confirmed that an unnamed Premiership team had been in touch regarding the left-back.

Speculation on Wednesday is suggesting that English champions City, bossed by Roberto Mancini, are ready to make a €7m offer for the defender.

Peluso has also been paired with Juventus, Roma and Napoli.
