Kevin Constant is hoping that he is good enough to win the faith of Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri during the new campaign.
The midfielder will join the Diavolo on loan from Genoa and underwent his medical near Varese earlier today.
“The first move by Milan for me happened about two weeks ago,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “I’m happy to have been given the opportunity to wear the Milan jersey.
“All of Milan’s players are great and I hope that I can prove my worth in order to get a game. Let’s see what happens in pre-season.”
Constant, who added that he will be supporting Italy and his new teammates in tonight’s Euro 2012 semi-final against Germany, is a Guinea international.
The 25-year-old has been in Italy since his 2010 switch from Chateauroux to Chievo Verona. He joined Genoa in July 2011.
