German defender Mats Hummels says he has no intention of leaving Borussia Dortmund for Juventus.
The centre-back has been linked with a switch to Turin, but the 23-year-old has quickly extinguished that speculation.
“Juventus? I don’t intend to move away from Dortmund,” the international stopper made it clear.
“I only recently extended my contract with Borussia until 2017 and what is being said about me are just rumours.”
The 23-year-old is one of Europe’s most highly rated young defenders, but is also valued at around €20m.
Juve’s search for a new central defender is set to lead them to free agent Lucio after he rescinded his contract at Inter on Friday.
