Ezequiel Lavezzi is now a Paris Saint-Germain player, after completing a transfer from Napoli for a fee believed to be as high as €30m.
The Argentine has been widely expected to make the move this summer, after it became evident soon after the end of last season that he was holding talks over a departure from the San Paolo.
Lavezzi’s move has now been confirmed by the French side, who have called a Press conference on Monday evening to present him to the French media. He is believed to have signed a four-year deal with the Parisian outfit.
The 27-year-old spent five seasons with Napoli, helping them achieve Champions League qualification in 2010-11 and to win the Coppa Italia in 2011-12.
