Brazilian midfielder Paulinho has confirmed that Inter are in the process of negotiating his transfer, but suggests that he may turn them down.
Reports yesterday intimated that the Nerazzurri had agreed a €8m deal for the Corinthians player and whilst the 23-year-old admitted that contact has been made, he has also hinted that the move may not interest him.
“The Nerazzurri have already spoken to my agent and probably next week they will formulate an offer with the club,” Paulinho told Radio Bandeirantes.
“Obviously it makes me happy to be followed by Inter, but at the moment my preference is to stay with Corinthians.”
