Premier League club Swansea have signed Jose Manuel Flores – better known as Chico – from Genoa.
The Italian outfit will net £2m, but that fee could rise depending on whether bonus clauses are activated.
The 25-year-old has signed a three-year contract for the club who are now bossed by former Juventus player Michael Laudrup.
Spaniard Chico played under Laudrup at Mallorca last season during a loan spell in La Liga. He was signed by Genoa in the summer of 2010 for €4m from Almeria.
