Ibra’s agent heads to Paris – report

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva’s combined €65m transfer from Milan to Paris Saint-Germain looks to have been given the go-ahead by the Swede.

After talks held between his agent and Vice-President Adriano Galliani yesterday, reports broke that the Rossoneri had accepted a huge bid from PSG to take both Ibra and centre-back Silva to Paris.

Mino Raiola was subsequently believed to be travelling to Sweden to convince Ibrahimovic to accept the deal, which with the amount saved on wages combined with the transfer fee is said to be worth upwards of €170m to Milan.

The Gazzetta dello Sport are now reporting that Raiola is on his way to the French capital to conclude negotiations, a move anticipated as taking place off the basis that Ibra has given his OK to the transfer.

However, it is understood to have come with a proviso that the French improve upon Ibra's current €12m-a-year earnings at Milanello.

Galliani is rumoured to have already begun talks with Mattia Destro's agent.
