Two clubs are fighting for the signature of want-away Juventus player Michele Pazienza, says his agent.
The midfielder is looking for a Turin exit given that he will not be assured of regular first team football during 2012-13.
“It’s a two-horse race for Pazienza between Torino and Fiorentina,” representative Vincenzo D'Ippolito told Sport Italia.
“Next week could be a decisive one for the future of the player.”
The 29-year-old joined the Old Lady last summer on a free transfer from Napoli, but moved to Udinese on loan in January.
Pazienza made eight Serie A appearances for the Turin giants in 2011-12, but that consisted of just one start and totalled only 172 minutes.
He scored one goal in 15 games for the Stadio Friuli side after his switch at the start of the new year.
