Milan are expected to imminently meet Carlos Tevez’s agent regarding a move from Manchester City to Italy, says Sky Sport Italia.

Once Zlatan Ibrahimovic has finalised his transfer to Paris-Saint Germain, Milan will step up the hunt for his replacement and Tevez is their first choice.

The Argentine almost transferred to the Rossoneri in January before the Diavolo pulled the plug on the deal after Alexandre Pato refused to join PSG.

Tevez’s agent Kia Joorabchian is expected to arrive in Italy this week to talk to Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani about the high-profile deal.

Another City striker, Edin Dzeko, is also on Milan’s wish-list and they could open talks with his agent even before they meet Tevez’s representatives. Dzeko’s agent may be in Italy today.

Milan will also try to arrange a move for Porto centre-back Rolando to replace Thiago Silva. Galliani has assigned agent Davide Lippi to this proposed transfer, but talks are at an early stage.
