Manchester City’s Mario Balotelli will not be replacing Zlatan Ibrahimovic at Milan. “He’s untouchable,” says his agent.
Ibra is close to finalising a move to Paris Saint-Germain, but Mino Raiola – the man who represents both players – has insisted that he won’t then be negotiating a Balotelli switch.
“Balotelli was already not for sale before the European Championship, now he is untouchable,” Raiola told Sky Sport Italia.
“The player is convinced that he is a very important player for Manchester City, he now needs to develop into one of the best players in the world.”
Balotelli, who left Inter for City in the summer of 2010, was one of the Azzurri’s most positive players at Euro 2012.
The striker scored three goals as Cesare Prandelli’s side reached the Final of the competition – even if they were defeated 4-0 by Spain in the finale.
