Paris Saint-Germain’s sporting director Leonardo and Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agent Mino Raiola have both confirmed that the Swede has agreed to join the club.
Sky Sport Italia were leading with speculation this afternoon that the 30-year-old Milan man had said yes to the French side’s €13m-a-season proposal, whilst the club’s confirmed Press conference for tomorrow is believed to be to unveil the striker, alongside Marco Verratti.
Confirmation of Ibra’s acceptance of the rumoured three-year contract has arrived in the shape of Leonardo and the player’s agent.
“All parties are happy, therefore so too is Zlatan,” his representative Raiola told journalists after finalising talks with Leonardo today.
“Now Paris has one more reason to be considered a city full of beauty, with the arrival of Ibra.”
Director Leonardo also commented to waiting reporters on the expected €25m transfer.
“Yes, I can confirm that we have reached an agreement with Ibrahimovic,” the former Rossonero Coach said.
“The player will undergo the medical check-ups tomorrow.”
