Newly promoted Serie A side Torino have announced the signing of Damiano Ferronetti on a free transfer.

The 27-year-old was available on a Bosman after his contract at Udinese expired and Toro have swooped.

The Granata have confirmed that the former Roma and Parma player, who joined Udinese in 2007, has signed a contract until June 2014.
