Thomas Di Benedetto may reportedly be replaced as Roma President by James Pallotta before the end of 2012.
Di Benedetto was named as club chief in September 2011 after his American consortium took control of the Italian outfit.
However, stories this morning are suggesting that Di Benedetto will step down from the role, thus leaving the door open for Pallotta.
The latter is already a board member with the Giallorossi following his induction on October 27, 2011.
