Genoa President Enrico Preziosi has been banned from entering a football stadium for six months as a result of a sporting fraud conviction.
The patron lost his appeal against a four-month suspended sentence for the Genoa-Venezia match-fixing scandal in 2004-05.
That incident saw Genoa demoted from Serie B to Serie C1.
Preziosi lost his appeal against the sentence this week and has been given an additional six-month ban from attending any professional sporting arena.
This means the President will not be able to sit in the stands when his team are playing.
