Spanish media claim Milan have presented their first offer to Real Madrid for Kaka, worth €13m.

The 30-year-old had left San Siro for €65m in the summer of 2009, but struggled with injuries and a poor rapport with Jose Mourinho.

According to Marca, the Rossoneri have sent a formal €13m proposal to Real Madrid today.

However, the Italian papers have a very different view of events and believe Milan are trying to get Kaka on loan.

There are even suggestions the Italian club wants Real to help pay for Kaka’s wages during his spell in Serie A.

The player is eager to get more time on the pitch ahead of the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

This week Kaka’s agent confirmed he was in talks with Milan, while his old Number 22 jersey was left unassigned.
